HOPE FOR ALL SEASONS

Congratulations, St. Louis Parishioners. We have made history once again. In January, Bishop Fisher announced that the goal for the 2023 Catholic Charities Appeal would be $9.5 million. This goal set forth a challenge to the people of Western New York, particularly Catholics in Western New York, to assist our brothers and sisters who are in need in various ways.

As an attempt to reach their goal, Catholic Charities sets a benchmark challenge for every parish. Based on what St. Louis has raised in the past year of 2022, $181,891.43, this year Catholic Charities challenged our parish to respond to the Appeal by raising $ $146,737.00.

Earlier in the week, Catholic Charities reported having made 94.25% of this goal with $10,272,752. We at St. Louis have contributed over $120,000 to Catholic Charities so far this year. The appeal goes until June 30th so we have plenty of time to meet our challenge. Last year was the most ever that St. Louis parishioners have contributed to the Catholic Charities Appeal.
