CHANGE IN PERSONNEL

                Last week James Murphy, our long time Wedding Coordinator/Sacristan, informed us that he will no longer be able to serve in this position at St Louis. James is taking a new position that will require him to work Saturdays and so he will not be available to help us any longer.

                James has done a great job working with the many couples who have been married here. He is always patient and kind even when dealing with the many challenges that can arise with weddings. With the many wedding we have at St. Louis, James could be here Thursday and Friday evenings as well as sometimes all day Saturday. So, he will be greatly missed.

                James is taking a position at Our Lady of Victory Basilica as manager of the Gift Shop. His experience managing the Catholic Union Store and ordering needed items for parishes will serve him well in his new position.

                James say: “Permit me to say that I have enjoyed my time at St. Louis Church a great deal. I have found my responsibilities both challenging and rewarding, my twelve years seldom plagued by a dull moment. It has been a pleasure to work with all of you and I will sincerely miss everyone. Be assured of my prayers and continued friendship.”

                We wish James well and assure him of our prayers and friendship as well.
