ST. LOUIS CONSTRUCTION IS UNDERWAY

                Last week we began the removal of the entranceway on the north side of the church from the parking lot. This will be replaced by a solid cement foundation. Once this is complete the glass enclosure for the entranceway will be returned.

                The second portion of the project to replace the platform at the sacristy door will follow.

                The biggest part of the project is to replace the existing stairway and wall on the south side of the church along Edward Street. This will require removing the old stairs. The wall has been buckling for several years and needs attention. The wall will also be removed. The wall and the stairs will be replaced with poured concrete.

                This will create some inconvenience, but it is the only way we can accomplish these projects. This year the Fund Drive will be dedicated to this three-part project. Please be as patient as possible while we all are inconvenienced.
