ST. LOUIS SURPASSES ITS UPON THIS ROCK GOAL

                It is with great happiness that I announce to you that St. Louis has exceeded its goal of $959,000 for the Upon This Rock program. That means that Catholic Charities will receive its promised $129,000 for their Annual Appeal; St. Louis will receive 35% of the $959,000; and now St. Louis is eligible to receive 55% for every dollar collected toward the Upon This Rock campaign. That means for every one dollar that is now collected for Upon This Rock, St. Louis will receive 55 cents.

                Our focus will now shift to supporting the Mission of St. Louis Parish while at the same time also helping the Mission of the Diocese and Catholic Charities. Our parish has received overwhelming support from our parishioners who have been contacted to assist in this campaign. I am always highly impressed with the generosity and kindness that comes from our parish community.

                Invitations have been sent out to parishioners inviting them to a reception at St. Louis Church on either April 26th or 27th to learn more about this initiative and to make a commitment to support the Mission of St. Louis Church, Catholic Charities and the Diocese of Buffalo. These receptions will be held at the church beginning at 6:30 p.m. Please contact the rectory to let us know if you can join us.

                On the weekends of May 14th–15th and May 21st–22nd we will invite everyone in church to be a part of providing for the future of the Church here and throughout Western New York.
