ST LOUIS ARTIST AT BURCHFIELD PENNEY

St. Louis Church's long-time parishioner and artist, Michael Mandolfo, will be exhibiting his latest work, "The Language Within Us," at the Burchfield Penney Art Gallery. This multimedia exhibit explores the intricacies of human communication and identity through the medium of language, The installation also explores ways language may be used as a unifying force rather than a dividing one. Michael collaborated with painter Muhammad Zaman on this project, which involves painted fabric, photographs, audio recordings, and video projection.

To celebrate the opening of the exhibit, there will be a family-friendly reception on Friday, April 14th, from 5:30-8 pm which is free and open to the public.
