OCIA October Meeting

Individuals enrolled in the OCIA program will meet at St. Louis on Sunday, October 12th, from 10-11 to talk about the program, answer any questions they may have, and give feedback about how the program is going for them so far.   

We will also talk about Catholic prayers and prayer practices.

Online/At-home Faith Formation Lesson

On Sunday, October 12, families enrolled in faith formation can choose to do an online lesson (My Catholic Faith Delivered) or an at-home lesson (Alive in Christ book). We will not be meeting in person on October 12th.

Faith Formation Service Project

Faith Formation families will meet at Blessed Sacrament from 9:20 to 10:20 to work on a service project.

Catechetical Sunday - First Day of Faith Formation

The 2025-2026 Faith Formation year will begin on Catechetical Sunday. Families participating in faith formation should plan to meet at St. Louis at 9:50. We will enjoy a light breakfast, talk about the new year, and have a family faith formation session.

Also, we will go over the parts of the Mass, how to read the Missalette, and the church year.

The Avanti Chamber Orchestra and St. Louis Choir

The Choir of St. Louis Church joins the Avanti Chamber Orchestra in works of Schubert and Martin on Sunday, June 1st at 5:00 pm in St. Louis Church, Main and Edward Streets, Buffalo.  Free admission.  All are welcome!
